Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of roofing systems, identify repair needs; provide written quotes to clients
• Perform repairs on various roofing materials including shingles, EPDM, TPO, PVC & Mod
• Replace damaged or worn roofing components such as flashing, underlayment, and insulation
• Repair leaks, cracks, and other damage to ensure roofing system integrity and longevity
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute roofing repair projects within established schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; dispose of debris and materials properly
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing progress updates and addressing concerns
• Adhere to industry safety standards and company protocols for a safe working environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest roofing repair techniques, materials, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in roofing repair 
• *MUST have flat roofing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Safety-conscious mindset and knowledge of occupational safety regulations
